OBJECTIVES

To offer expert technical and/or management consulting services to telecommunication service provider companies, ISPs, equipment suppliers, system-integrators and regulators in the Sub-Saharan African countries. The customer base extends to other related support sectors such as IT, grid & renewable power supply stakeholders, and related business processes such as branding, marketing etc

To assist clients deal with technology upgrade and migration roadmaps and challenges to support evolving wireless broadband demand for internet connectivity by educating client teams on pros/cons of different technology choices and performing independent evaluations of different vendor solutions and implementation approach on behalf of the clients

To act as technology advisors for clients and perform studies for the end-to-end cost analysis of providing the customer service offerings – recommending cost-reduction initiatives to increase profitability. These initiatives may include business process outsourcing, infra-structure sharing, new technology solutions, streamlining of supply-chain and logistics processes etc

To sign contracts with clients to offer specific technical project services such as project/program management of key initiatives, procurement services, technical services such as equipment installation, maintenance, monitoring/evaluation etc

Represent and advise solution providers on how to adapt and introduce them into the African markets
